Still love this series.

“Children have always tumbled down rabbit holes, fallen through mirrors, been swept away by unseasonal floods or carried off by tornadoes. Children have always traveled, and because they are young and bright and full of contradictions, they have always restricted their travel to the possible.”

I absolutely LOVED Beneath The Sugar Sky. It had everything I could hope for in the third book. There was more world traveling and explanations of how the worlds work (but not too much to take away the magic), and there were so many quotes to underline and just think about.

We got to still spend time with some our favorites from the first book, but Ms. Seanan also introduced us to a plus-sized girl and made us feel not sorry for her, but just angry at the way she’s been treated. And she was as badass as we could have ever dreamed of.

I completely recommend to anyone who liked either the first or second book. This one does not disappoint.
