10. V/H/S 2  gets an A+ on the creep factor. But, the plot was iffy at best, and crummy at it's worst. Not sure if you can really say this movie has a plot, just a bunch of different films from different people put together. But, because it's so creepy and Gory, you kind of get over the lack of plot concerning the whole movie, since each film has it's own unique plot. Another thing I disliked about V/H/S 2 was all of the unnecessary nudity, and sexual scenes. Not sure why we needed to watch a teenage boy jerk off, but sex sells, I guess.

11. American Mary follows the life of Mary Mason a poor med student who responds to an ad, and finds out the job is better for her than expected. Although American Mary doesn't have the suspense or the thrills, it has the craziness of a good horror film and the gore. Katharine Isabelle, Mary, does a wonderful job of portraying innocence and sexiness throughout the whole film.

15. Darkness Falls is about a woman from long ago who used to give children gold coins in exchange for their teeth. Kinda creepy, but that's what we do nowadays anyways, so, just go with it. This got her the nickname "the tooth fairy." Then one day, her house catches fire, and although she manages to make it out alive, her face becomes horribly scarred, and severely sensitive to light. She now can only come out at night, and is forced to wear a mask to hide away her hideous face. Then two children go missing, and the town decides that since she looks like a monster, she MUST have hurt them. So they hang her. And after her hanging, they find the children unharmed. Naturally, she wants vengeance. Darkness Falls has a unique idea, but unfortunately that is one of the better parts of the movie. A blessing and a curse, the reason behind the scares and the murders is told right in the beginning. Enticing people to stay and watch the rest of the movie, but also not able to deliver much more exciting events.

18. The Caller was an unexpected win. If I had known Stephen Moyer starred in this film, I probably would have seen this ages ago. Also, the concept of someone calling from the past, and talking to someone in the present was a very unique concept. I also liked the aspect of being able to change the present and the theory of the two roads. Not really a horror film, though, more of a suspense film.

21. Stitches: a clown goes to a birthday party, and things don't exactly go as planned, and now he wants revenge. Nothing about this movie was realistic, nothing was truly scary (unless you're afraid of clowns), but almost every scene was disgusting.

Good: The Caller
Middle of the Road: American Mary, Darkness Falls, V/H/S 2
Horrible: Stitches
